Community Guidelines
This is a working draft. Pocket Femboy is still being built, and this page may change before launch — the date above is the current revision.
These guidelines cover how you use Pocket Femboy, including your conversations with characters. They're part of our Terms of Service. Characters are held to them too: if one says something that breaks these rules, please tell us.
1. Adults only
Pocket Femboy is for people 18 and over. Don't use it if you're under 18, and don't lie about your age. If you tell a character you're under 18, or our systems find strong signs that you are, we'll restrict your account while we look into it, and close it if you're a minor.
2. What's welcome
- Flirting, romance, affection, and teasing.
- Mature themes, such as relationships, heartbreak, loneliness, and bad days.
- Suggestive, spicy conversation that stays short of graphic sexual content.
3. What's not allowed
- Graphic sexual content. Pocket Femboy isn't a place for explicit pornographic content.
- Anything sexual involving minors. That includes presenting yourself or a character as under 18 in a romantic or sexual context. See our Child Safety Standards below.
- Real people. No sexual content about real, identifiable people, and no using Pocket Femboy to impersonate, harass, or target someone.
- Hate and violence. No content that attacks people for who they are, or that threatens or glorifies violence.
- Encouraging self-harm. No content that promotes suicide, self-harm, or eating disorders.
- Illegal activity. No help with weapons, drugs, fraud, or anything else illegal.
- Other people's private information. Don't share someone's address, phone number, or other personal details without their consent.
- Gaming the system. No attempts to get around our safety systems, no scraping or automated access, and no sharing or reselling accounts.
4. When things get heavy
Characters can be good company on a bad day, but they aren't crisis counselors. If a message suggests someone may be at risk, the app shows crisis resources instead of a character reply. If you need help, see our Safety page.
5. Talking with characters
- Characters are fictional adults, and everything they say is written by AI. They can get things wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or mental health advice.
- Characters remember what you tell them. Don't share things you wouldn't want stored, like passwords, card numbers, or other people's secrets.
- A character may message you first. You can turn off Pocket Femboy notifications in your phone's settings at any time.
- These guidelines apply to what you ask a character for, however it's worded. Role-play framing or instructions meant to get around them don't change the rules.
6. Child Safety Standards
Pocket Femboy has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). These standards apply to everything on the Service, including conversations with characters.
What's prohibited
- Any sexual or sexualized content involving minors, real or fictional, including written descriptions and role-play.
- Presenting a character, or yourself, as under 18 in any romantic or sexual context, including age-play.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), and any attempt to share, request, or find it.
- Grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or using Pocket Femboy to seek contact with minors.
What we do
- Every character is an adult, and characters only engage with adults.
- Messages that sexualize minors are blocked before they reach the AI, and replies are checked before they're shown.
- Accounts that break these standards are banned. Bans are final after review.
- When we find apparent child sexual abuse material, we report it to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as US law requires, and cooperate with law enforcement.
- Accounts that appear to belong to someone under 18 are restricted or closed.
How to report
Email support@pocketfemboy.com with "Child safety" in the subject. This is our designated child safety contact. If a child is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency number first. You can also report directly to NCMEC's CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org.
7. Reporting other problems
If a character says something harmful, or you see anything else that breaks these guidelines, email support@pocketfemboy.com with what happened and roughly when. Screenshots help.
8. What happens when rules are broken
Depending on how serious it is, we may:
- block the message;
- warn you;
- temporarily restrict features or suspend your account;
- permanently ban your account.
The most serious violations, including anything under our Child Safety Standards, lead straight to a ban. If you think we got it wrong, email support@pocketfemboy.com and we'll review it.
9. Questions and changes
Not sure whether something is allowed? Email support@pocketfemboy.com. We update these guidelines as Pocket Femboy changes, and the date at the top of this page shows the current version.
